Agreement and Disagreement - Practicing Writing

Some people prefer to A, other believe B. Nowadays some my hold the opinion that building a Factory will brimg a lot of increases to our community, but others have a negative attitude.As far as I am concerned, I agree that building a factory, but have to protect the enviroment and essentialy the living of the workers and our community.
My arguments for this point arre listed as follows:
One of the primary causes is that will more job opportunities.
Second many people will may working in the factory, futher more, more jobs especially for the young people in the our community.
But there is a futher more subtle point we must consider as:
1. Build the factory in a safe distance from our community, not too near;
2. Make sure that the factory can deal with the waste properly. Do not release the poisonous gas into the air, and not release the waste water into the river nearby.
3.Make sure the security guard in the factory works very well.
What is more with the building a factory in our community, it also gives a good chace for the development of other business in our community such as shops, theatres and restaurants.
General speaking, the building a factory near our community is a good news to as. Recognizing the fact that could bring any unsafe for any people should drive us to conclude that we have that look at in the future and don't come back.
